Most deployments are completed in a single day. A standard OpenClaw or Perplexity Computer setup typically takes 4–6 hours including configuration, testing, and handover. More complex Business Suite or Team Rollout deployments may run across two days. Remote deployments average 3–4 hours. We will give you a precise time estimate during the discovery call.
Requirements depend on the service. OpenClaw needs a machine with at least 16 GB RAM and a modern CPU (an NVIDIA GPU speeds things up considerably for larger models). Perplexity Computer can run on most modern business laptops or desktops. During the discovery call we assess your existing hardware. If an upgrade is needed, we advise on the most cost-effective options — we don't push unnecessary kit.
For in-person deployments, we ask that a key contact is available at the start and end of the session — for building access and to receive the handover. You do not need to sit with the engineer for the whole day; carry on with your business as normal. For remote deployments, we just need someone who can grant secure access to the machine at the start of the session.
Once installation is complete and tested, we walk your team through the system. We cover how to use it day-to-day, what to do if something looks wrong, and how to contact us for support. We leave you with a written quick-start guide specific to your setup. The handover typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on the complexity of the deployment.
Our engineers carry mobile data backup for connectivity issues. If something outside our control causes the session to be cut short, we rebook at no extra charge and complete the installation at the next available slot. Your booking fee is never lost due to circumstances beyond your control.

Yes. Because data stays on-premise and never transits to third-party servers, the AI system itself does not create a new data processor relationship under GDPR. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with every client. Our engineers do not retain any copies of your data after installation. Yes, fully air-gapped deployments are available. The AI system can run on a machine with no internet connection at all — useful for highly sensitive environments such as legal chambers, financial trading desks, or defence contractors. For issues caused by external factors (OS updates, hardware failure, third-party software conflicts), we will diagnose the problem and quote to resolve it, typically at a fixed low rate.
Absolutely. We can return to add users, connect additional machines, or expand the scope of the AI system at any point. Many clients start with a single-user proof of concept and expand to team-wide deployment once they see the results. Expansion visits are priced per session — contact us for a quote when you are ready.
We notify all clients when significant updates are released that may improve performance or security. Applying an update is typically a short remote session. Security-critical updates are flagged urgently. We never push automatic updates without your knowledge, because updates can occasionally change behaviour — you always decide when to upgrade.

If by the end of the agreed installation session the system is not running correctly and we cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund. No partial refunds, no credits — a full refund.
